BEAR essential is a care box series made especially for girls ages 12–18 to support them through their period journey. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve had periods for a while, our boxes offer comfort, essentials, and a little bit of fun!

Each box is packed with:

• Period products (pads, liners, and/or tampons/cups— for you to find your preferred product!)

• Comfort items (like heating pads or bath soaks), etc.

• Self-care treats (pimple serum, lip balm, etc.)

• Hygiene items (disposable bags, femme wipes, etc.)

• Period helpers (emotion note book, product carry bags, etc.)

• Snacks + sweet surprises

• Educational info to help you feel confident and prepared

The content is curated to create a full journey and although products and items can't be selected, you will have the ability to add some of the products you enjoyed from the store.

Boxes ship out in the last week of each month and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
