Bear Essential offers the following delivery and collection options for orders placed on https://bearessential.co.za:

 

1. Delivery Options & Rates

1.1 Gauteng (JHB) – Courier door-to-door: R90 per delivery.

 

1.2 Regional Areas (Non-Main Centres) – Courier door-to-door: R315 per delivery.

 

1.3 Overnight Delivery – Door-to-door (orders placed before 10:00am, delivery next working day, excl. Saturday): R480 per delivery.

 

1.4 Any Area – PUDO Locker to Locker – R89 per delivery.

 

1.5 Collection (FREE) – From 5 van Riebeeck Street, Fourways, Johannesburg.

 

2. Important Notes

Once your order has been shipped and your tracking number emailed to you, it is your responsibility to track and follow up on the parcel with the courier.

 

Orders returned to us due to non-collection will be subject to an additional delivery fee before re-shipment.

 

Orders that are lost in transit (excluding losses due to customer negligence) will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

 

3. Dispatch & Delivery Times

Dispatch times may vary based on product availability and courier schedules.

 

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, 3rd party suppliers).
